How to shop
We have made shopping at Astore quick and easy. Unlike other sites which make you go through numerous menus, before you actually see anything, we take you straight to product's photos.
You can go directly to a detailed page of featured products by clicking
on the picture or browse the store via side navigational menus.
Using this type of navigation you can go directly to products that interest you, without going through several pages.
Clicking on any of the photos takes
you straight to the details page, where you can see a large photo(if it's available) & some details about the product. To add a product to your shopping cart simply
type in a quantity and press 'add' button. From there you can continue
shopping or proceed to check out.
You can modify, delete, add items to your shopping cart at any stage before
you actually submit your credit card details for final order processing, so don't worry about making up your mind right away, enjoy your shopping! (Also don't forget about our "30-days no questions asked" return policy)
All prices are in Australian Dollars with approx. US Dollars price in brackets.Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars and then converted to your currency by your bank at current rates. Take advantage of low Australian dollar
All the items that we currently sell are IN STOCK, unless indicated otherwise. This means that we will ship them out to you within 24 hours or next working day.
We try to keep our website up-to-date, but of course at times some popular items may sell out. We will notify you ASAP, if an item that you have ordered is out-of-stock.
All our products are sourced from authorized distributors, so you can be assured that all products are of top quality and covered by manufacturers warranties. 12 months for all products, except DKNY watches (2 years) and Fossil watches (11 years)

All the orders are processed securely off-line via a point-of-sale electronic terminal (as you see in all the stores), so it's always possible to adjust your order details, quantity etc. or to cancel your order, after placing it. We don't charge your credit card unless your order is ready to be shipped. All shipping charges (if any) will be manually added to your total when we process your order.
We don't accept credit card orders from Africa (except South Africa), only TT to our bank
account.
FREE Shipping for Storm watches, all sunglasses and all opals anywhere in the world (Australia Post Air Mail, normal delivery 4-5 working days to US/Europe)
We can also offer EMS courier delivery (3-5) days anywhere in the world for extra AUD$35 (around $US19) for small items. (please email us after placing an order if you would like courier delivery)
FREE Shipping for all Seiko, Citizen, DKNY, Diesel, Bulova, Fossil watches for USA/Canada only.
(Please note that all Bulova, Seiko, Citizen, DKNY, Fossil watches are sent from our distribution center in US. All prices include free shipping and handling in US/Canada only .
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We have a "30-days no questions asked" return policy. We understand that it's hard to tell from a
picture on a screen how an object looks in real life. We are also happy to exchange products.
All goods must be returned in the original condition. We will refund the total cost of the product
less our shipping expenses, which we actually have to pay ourselves. (eg for watches it's AUD$12, about
US$7)
Security Statement
All the credit card information is accepted over 128-bit secure SSL connection. All our credit card orders are processed securely off-line using an electronic terminal from our bank
We do not keep credit card information online. Once the order is processed we discard this information.

Customer information is used only for the purpose of processing
